Refund policy
Before video production, we will discuss or confirm details with the customer. Since production is started after completely consenting, basically no refund will be made after the start of production.
If it can not be produced by our failure, we will refund the creating movie price(wiithin 30000yen) that you paid.
At that time, please note that we will not compensate for the incidental expenses, damages, etc.
We will not make a refund after purchase, as we will start video production after we have discussed the contents with customers before purchase.
In addition, we will not do editing, adjustment, etc. that the video itself changes greatly at your convenience after uploading the video. This is an additional order.
However, if you want to cancel the post at your convenience after the video production and post, we will delete it.
In addition, we may be allowed to refuse videos containing content that violates public morality or criticism or exaggeration of a specific person. Even if it can be upgraded, it will be deleted from YouTube.
